Sightworking


Sightworking.
Hahaha.

Basically sightseeing + working.
Sebab, currently job aku just list restaurant so that korang tak perlu susah susah gaduh nak pikir soalan "nak makan kat mana?"

So all you need to do is download lah Zomato apps, 

so, for today, sambil jalan jalan tu..
aku singgah dekat Snowflake.

Snowflake ni, dalam bahasa mudahnya, ABC la, cuma dia asal dari Taiwan.

So,
aku bagi 4 out of 5. 
Ambience dia sangat best, kalau tengah panas, tempat ni la kau kena pegi, sebab dia ada aircond,
dan dia provide snowflake yang menyejukkan tekak.

This is my first time here, so aku order benda paling popular kat situ (according to the menu lah) kalau menu tipu, makanya, aku tipu korang. hahaha.

Ha, benda ni salah satu plus point dekat cafe ni. Dia panggil 'beeping ufo' , fungsi dia ialah dia akan vibrate and blinking bila snowflake korang dah siap. So kita kena collect dekat kaunter. Self service ye.

Another one, ada smoking area, ada tiga table yang outdoor. So that korang boleh la vaping ke smoking ke sambil lepak lepak. Of course, panas sikit la sini. Takde aircond. Hahahaha.

Ha, ini pulak, apa yang aku order harini, Nama dia kat menu, snowflake bestseller cold. Base dia ialah cincau, and atas tu aku tak sure apa benda, tapi sedap. Bawah cincau tu baru ada ice dia, dia lambat cair, and sangat refreshing. 
Ha, cakap pasal zomato, ini restaurant tu, so, kalau singgah, review lah kat sini. Chiao~

Saturdate Lunch-Date

Sabtu kerja - tapi best..!!

So, kitorang kat office ni, ada macam ritual lah,
sabtu, kena LUNCH sama.
So, nak tak nak, kena makan sama.

HEHEHEHEHE....

Port harini-
Devi's Corner - Bangsar.

Tempat ni best and famous pasal Banana Leaf dia.
So ada la few item yang sedap untuk dicuba.
Nak listkan, memang takkan cukup satu post.
Tapi kalau nak best, pegi ramai-ramai, order tiga- empat lauk, pastu pepandai la tong-tong.
hahaha..

So kitorang end up pilih, sotong goreng, chickel varuval, chicken masala, ikan tenggiri goreng and papadam.

Pasal nasi daun pisang ni, untuk kuah, biasanya kita boleh pilih, ada kari kambing, ayam and ketam. Campur je tiga2, baru best.
and biasanya akan ada 3 jenis sayur untuk set banana leaf ni. Aku tak tahu nama dia tapi sedap la, aku yang tak makan sayur ni pun makan jugak. *senyum

Harga? Untuk set banana leaf. RM 7.50 , lauk pauk tu ikut jenis. tapi around 4 ringgit je tak silap untuk satu pinggan kecik yang penuh lauk. and air, standard la kot milo ais 2.50.

Damage = sorang habis dalam 14 ringgit untuk kepuasan maksima.

Outing With Z's

Pada suatu hari...
nahh, skip.

Alright, I dont know how I end up writing about this, tapi cerita dia lebih kurang macam...

As usual tak tahu nak makan kat mana,
Nasib baik ada Zomato apps.

So cari punya cari, kitorang end up dekat satu restoran Mexican dekat NU Sentral.
Aku lama dah teringin nak makan tacos. Tapi, last sekali tak order pun tacos, sebab rambang mata nampak benda lain yang cheese melimpah ruah ( illustrasi board je lah kan)...

Semua tahu, kryptonite aku ialah cheese, so..

Ini nama dia nachos.
Ni quasidalas.. kot..















Portion dia besar la jugak sebenarnya, mampu buat kenyang sampai malam.

Tapi yang tak bestnya.....
Service kat sini slow lah, makanan dah sedap dah, service yang slow merencatkan semua. PLUS, makanan dah habis, dia tak inform awal awal, kitorang dah duduk, tunggu for 30 mins, baru dia cakap, ayam habis, and diganti dengan NUGGET. SO unfair.


Nama yang ni pulak... aku tak ingat pulak.


So nak try lagi ke kat sini? Hurm,, maybe lah, cuma hope diorang baiki service. Oh, ni tampat yang aku maksudkan.

My Favourite Route


Just nak share one of my favourite route for running / jogging.

TASIK TAMAN BERSATU, RAWANG.

Just an ordinary track (bricks) not tarmac,
but since this is an open park (beside a lake) so you need to be careful of people fishing there,
sometimes they wont notice you and just dangerously throw their line / rod.

And, there is also a children playground, so do expect some children running or crossing the 'track' without their parents supervision.

Oh, not to forget rempits. There are bunch of them that like to use the track and sometime they do speed up too, so, just be cautious.

1 lap = + - 500m im not sure because i dont think my tracking device is accurate. but it is somewhere around there,
Normally, it would took about 2 lap to complete 1km.

you cant control what you dont own


Life,

complicated tho'
but yet we are the one who should simplified it.

What's up with the title?

FACT #1 When something/someone or what ever that not yours, you can't do nothing bout it.

didnt get it?

Example : your neighbor didn't switch off his/her radio when they are not in the house.

yes, its totally not environmental friendly, waste of electricity and what not.
BUT, you can't go over their house, break the door, and switch it off.

what you CAN do is, when they come, you can just give them a talk about it.
and, yet the final decision is up to them.

FACT #2 You can't make a decision when you don't have the authority.

Example : You work in a company, and there's a lot of dilly dally going around the office,
bad decisions that lead to complication around the office.

YES, it is not our money nor we will not lose anything. BUT as a responsible workers, you should and need to do something for the company right?

AT THE END, you can only advise, but the final say is from the board of directors, bosses and whoever in charge.

so, yeah.

don't try to change, control or do whatever to something or whatever that not ours.
you just cant.

Be FIT.
not FAT.

Fahamkan tagline ni.

Kenapa bukan be slim not fat, or be skinny or fat.?

Ramai yang ada misconception pasal ni.
Few months back, ramai yang pergi gym and upload to their social media accounts.
now dah slow, ikut trend mungkin~

so, siapa yang ada angan angan nak pergi gym, or cuba apa apa workout : street workout, cycling, swimming and so on, tanya balik diri tu, apa actual goal kita?
yes, most of them akan kata nak turunkan berat badan.

betul; memang buat semua benda tu dapat turunkan berat, shape out our body and so on.
tapi,ramai yang lupa aspek pemakanan.

balik futsal-mamak. balik gym-mamak, balik workout-mamak.
tak gitu?

pergi mamak tu tak salah, what you eat tu masalah (kalau tak control la).
for those yang berdisiplin, memang pergi mamak, akan amek half boiled egg and warm water je.

and they have their own meal plan and their key to success is STICK TO THE PLAN.
kalau langgar, tak jadi apa jugak.


so, pendapat saya :
1. bersenam la sekurang kurangnya dua kali seminggu.
2. jaga pemakanan
3. banyak minum air.
