Kenapa bukan be slim not fat, or be skinny or fat.?

Ramai yang ada misconception pasal ni.
Few months back, ramai yang pergi gym and upload to their social media accounts.
now dah slow, ikut trend mungkin~

so, siapa yang ada angan angan nak pergi gym, or cuba apa apa workout : street workout, cycling, swimming and so on, tanya balik diri tu, apa actual goal kita?
yes, most of them akan kata nak turunkan berat badan.

betul; memang buat semua benda tu dapat turunkan berat, shape out our body and so on.
tapi,ramai yang lupa aspek pemakanan.

balik futsal-mamak. balik gym-mamak, balik workout-mamak.
tak gitu?

pergi mamak tu tak salah, what you eat tu masalah (kalau tak control la).
for those yang berdisiplin, memang pergi mamak, akan amek half boiled egg and warm water je.

and they have their own meal plan and their key to success is STICK TO THE PLAN.
kalau langgar, tak jadi apa jugak.


so, pendapat saya :
1. bersenam la sekurang kurangnya dua kali seminggu.
2. jaga pemakanan
3. banyak minum air.
